New Year's Resolutions
[This is a little late in the posting, but I was tired and sore?]
I did legs 8, 20, and 32 of Hood-To-Coast relay race. Leg 20 was the bad one -- 5.75 miles, longer than I had ever run before (more or less) and mostly uphill. I was the slowest person on the team, but despite me, we still placed in the top 200 teams.
Now I am in a quandry. Phase Three? Or Plan B? Or figure out some way to combine the two of them? I see a trainer this afternoon, so he might be able to help.
